Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

PRODUCT ISSUES

I. Order Mistake

You received the wrong product or quantity.

Notify us via email, and we will make it right.

II. Defective Order

We take pride in our artisan-made goods and ensure the highest quality inspections. However, it may happen that an order has a defect.

III. Damaged Product

The product arrives damaged.

IV. You Changed Your Mind

You have second thoughts about the order.

ISSUE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

1. Timeframe

We require that you inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order for any of the above scenarios.

2. Request

To report an issue, please send an email to contact@maharya.com

Be sure your form is submitted before exiting.

We will treat your request within 2–3 business days.

3. Photographs

For any return or refund request, we require that you submit photographs of the product.

Please note that we can only handle claims made within the required timeframe and submitted via email to contact@maharya.com , with clear photo attachments under 5 MB.

RESTOCKING FEE

No Restocking Fee

If the product is defective, damaged, or if we made a mistake in your order, there is no restocking fee.

Restocking Fee for Change of Mind

If you are returning the product because you changed your mind:

  • USD 25 will be deducted for products priced up to USD 175
  • USD 35 will be deducted for products priced above USD 175

Please convert these amounts into your local currency to calculate the fee.

  1. Merchandise must be accompanied with the original invoice.
  2. Merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition.
  3. Refunds will be applied via the original payment methods.
  4. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Shipping costs will apply on the exchanged product to be sent out to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

RETURN ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL

Please note that we require you to follow our return process detailed above and reserve the right to decline a refund under the following circumstances:

  • submit a request within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing contact@maharya.com
  • supply photos with your return request in your email (under 5 MB)
  • ship out the product within 7 business days of us approving your return request
  • provide proof of shipment with tracking info
  • The product must not arrives damaged and this damage was not reported in the return request
  • The product appears used and is not resellable (if the return is based on you changing your mind)

RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND TIMEFRAME

You are responsible for shipping out the product you wish to return within 7 business days of receiving our approval your return request. Failure to do so will result in our inability to process your return. We also require tracking information that must be shared with customer support via Maharya.com. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is a mistake, defective, or damaged, in which case we will send you a shipping label and cover the costs. We will supply the return address.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE STEPS AND CONDITIONS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your product return is approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days subject to the banking formalities.

If you don’t recieve a refund within 7 business days (excluding holidays) of our email, please contact our Customer Support to open an inquiry.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please ensure it has been 7 business days since you were notified the refund has been processed. If it has been more than 7 business days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@maharya.com

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
