Production Capacity & Lead Times

Can you handle large or high-volume orders?

Yes. Typical monthly capacity: Wallets 25,000 pcs; Bags 10,000 pcs; Belts 10,000 pcs; Hats 5,000 pcs; SLGs 15,000 pcs.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Standard lead time is 100 days (ex-factory) from PO and advance payment, subject to materials and program complexity.

Can you scale up production if needed?

Yes. We can ramp capacity depending on your volumes and delivery timelines.

Quality Control & Sourcing

How do you ensure product quality?

We run multistage QC from incoming materials through final inspection. We are WRAP, SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar and ISO9001 & 45001 certified.

Where do you source your leather and fittings?

We work with LWG-certified tanneries and trusted suppliers for hardware and trims such as YKK zippers.

Do you check everything before shipping?

Yes. Every order receives a thorough final inspection prior to dispatch.

Pricing & MOQs

How much do your products cost?

Pricing is FOB-based and depends on specifications and quantities. Request a custom quote for an exact estimate.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Typical MOQs:

Wallets: 100 pcs/style/color (min. 1,500 pcs per order)
Portfolios/Business/Weekender Bags: 50 pcs/style/color (min. 400 pcs/order)
Women’s Handbags: 60 pcs/style/color (min. 400 pcs/order)
Belts: 500 pcs/style/color per order
Hats: 150 pcs/size/style/color per order
Trial: one-time 100 pcs of one style in one color.

Does your pricing include tooling or packaging?

Yes. Quotes include production, QC, and standard packaging unless otherwise specified.

Materials & Sourcing Logistics

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes. You may supply materials, or we can source them to your specification.

Where do you get your materials?

Leather is sourced from certified Indian tanneries; hardware and linings may be imported based on program needs.

What if there are material delays?

We plan proactively and maintain buffers. If delays occur, we notify you immediately with mitigation options.

Sampling & Prototyping

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. After design confirmation, we produce a prototype for review.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling typically takes 3–4 weeks. Charges are minimal and credited toward your PO.

Can I make changes after I see the sample?

Yes. One round of minor adjustments is included before mass production.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide and assist with documentation and customs where required.

Can I use my own shipping partner?

Yes. We will coordinate with your logistics provider and furnish all necessary documents.

Can I request faster delivery?

Rush options may be possible depending on factory capacity and material availability.

Payments & Contracts

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 30% advance and 70% at shipment. We accept USD, EUR, and GBP.

Do you require a contract?

Yes. Each order is covered by a simple agreement to protect both parties.

We supply customized Recycled GiftBoxes and Recycled Dust Cotton Bags for safe product storage.

Do you use harmful chemicals in your products?

All our products are free of any harmful or toxic substances or chemicals.

What do you do with leftover materials or waste?

We minimize waste by recycling and creatively reusing offcuts—often into small accessories or samples—so materials have a second life.
