What is your maximum production capacity per month?

Wallets – 25,000 pcs; Bags – 10,000 pcs; Belts – 10,000 pcs; Hats – 5,000 pcs; Small Leather Goods – 15,000 pcs.

How do you manage large orders, and what is your typical lead time?

For large orders we allocate manpower and schedule factory occupancy accordingly.

We also ensure teams of Quality Checks and raw materials inventory are in place.

Our standard delivery timeline is 100 days ex-factory from receipt of Purchase Order, depending on the order quantity.

Can you scale up production if needed?

Yes, we can scale up the production based on discussions with the client.

Ethical and Environmental Standards

Do you have any certifications for ethical and sustainable practices (e.g., Leather Working Group) ?

We are a SEDEX-SMETA 4-Pillar, ISO:9001 & ISO:45001 certified company

How do you manage waste and emissions in your manufacturing processes? Do you have any policies in place for waste reduction, recycling, or use of eco-friendly materials ?

Our factory is 100% free of smoke emissions, effluents and discharge of chemical waste. The remnant leather scraps are upcycled and reused. Our Quality Management System is guided by the ISO standards. Further, we prefer to procure our Leathers from LWG certified tanneries, using 100% Sustainable Chrome-free Vegetable Tanned Leathers with Recycled Zippers, Recycled Linings, Recycled Canvas & Recycled Packaging Materials.

What are your worker conditions like? Do you have any social accountability certifications like SA 8000?

Our company is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and abide by all fair labour practices. What are your pricing models?

All pricing is in USD currency. Our rates are normally either ex-works or Freight On Board depending on the client’s requirements.  Pricing is always based on estimates. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do offer discounts on bulk orders.

Are there any minimum order quantities?

Wallets – 100 pcs per style per colour, minimum 1200 pcs per order

Women Handbags – 60 pcs per style per colour, minimum 350 pcs per order

Portfolios/Business Bags/Weekender Bags – 50 pcs per style per colour, minimum 300 pcs per order

Hats – 150 pcs per size, style and colour 

Belts – 500 pcs per size, style and colour

One Time Trial Order – 100 pcs of any ONE style for checking the quality of leather and workmanship.

What are your payment terms?

30% advance and balance 70% at the time of shipping. We work in USD, EUR and GBP currencies.

What costs are included in your quote (e.g., tooling, setup)?

Our pricing is on FOB basis and includes complete production, QC and packaging.

Do you accept Letter of Credit or other secure payment methods?

Yes we do, but we also can accept telegraphic transfer, letter of credit, & cash against documents.

Prototyping and Sampling

What is your process for prototyping and sampling?

Once the design of a particular product has been finalized, we go ahead and make a sample as per the exact specifications instructed to us. We ship this sample to the client for checking the leather quality, fittings quality, packaging etc. and our workmanship. Once the sample is approved, we begin production against the order placed. 

How long does it take to produce a prototype, and what are the associated costs?

Sampling time lead is appx. 3 to 4 weeks (ex-factory). The sampling charges are nominal which is later adjusted with orders.

Can changes be made during the prototyping phase?

Yes, during prototyping, one-time minor alterations can be done upon the initial client approved design.

What are your typical lead times from order to delivery?

100 days (ex-factory) from the date of receipt of Purchase Order & advance payment.

Is rush production available, and at what additional cost?

Expedited production is possible subject to factory occupancy and availability of ready stock of leathers and accessories. Cost variations, if any, are dependent on the situation and variable factors.

How flexible are you with production volumes?

Our operations run on a calculated, precise and planned schedule of production workflow. Unforeseen changes can cause disruption to the manpower allocation, raw material inventory and production schedule. However, we try our best to accommodate clients’ requests to the best of our ability

How do you handle logistics and shipping?

We coordinate with the shipping agency selected by the client. We offer complete support to the shipping agency for local paperwork and formalities.

We work with leathers as instructed by the client. Majorly we work with Cow, Buff, Sheep & Goat Leathers, namely Washed Leathers, Oily Pull-Up Leathers, Saffiano leathers, Nappa leathers, Vegetable Tanned Leathers, Hunter Leathers, Hair-On Hide Leathers, Suede, Croc-print leathers etc.

How do you ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process?

The cycle of producing high quality products begins with Leather, accessories and fittings checking. An expert craftsman checks the leather quality, thickness, natural gain & shine, and the quality of the fittings and embellishments, prior to being forwarded to the production floor.

Can you provide samples for quality assessment?

Yes, we manufacture and ship samples to the client for quality assessment at nominal charges which is later adjusted with orders. The sampling time lead is appx 3 to 4 weeks (ex-factory).

Is third-party quality inspection acceptable to you?

We are open to third-party inspection at our factory.

Do you perform final quality checks before shipping?

Yes, a final quality check is mandatorily done prior to any shipment.

How do you ensure the consistency and quality of materials?

We have tied up with LWG certified tanneries and socially compliant leather goods accessories manufacturers to ensure high-quality materials. We import and use international standard hi-quality items like the YKK zippers etc. We also have in place our stringent internal QC team to ensure the best quality of leathers and fittings are used in our designs.

Materials and Suppliers

Do you source materials yourselves, or do we need to provide them?

Clients are more than welcome to choose and source and ship materials to us. However, if required, we are also open to source materials on behalf of the clients.

What are your main sources for leather and hardware?

India is well known for its high-quality leathers. We procure leather from socially compliant and government. registered tanneries or preferably LWG certified tanneries. For canvas, linings, metal fittings, embellishments etc., if required, we import from other countries. 

How do you handle material shortages or delays?

We plan intricately and always keep buffer stocks. However, due to various reasons, including volatile geo-political situations, the supply chain can get disrupted. Hence, we do careful research and planning before we commit to any order that may be difficult for us to deliver on time. Since we know our suppliers well, we plan in advance every detail and keep time in hand for any delays. For reasons beyond our control, e.g. natural calamities, war etc., we inform the client well in advance about the same. 

Designs

Is design included in your services or do you need clients to supply the designs?

Clients are welcome to share the Design Technical Pack detailing the colour, dimensions, fittings and specifications of the product with images. Alternatively, clients are also welcome to choose any design from our vast catalogue of products. 

Do you offer design services at all?

Yes, we have a dedicated Design team, composed of experienced and talented designers. Clients are welcome to avail themselves of our services.

Do you copy designs from other famous products?

Designs of brands and labels are usually intellectual property and copying such designs is a breach of legal laws.  

Logistics and Export

Do you have experience with international shipping?

We have 25 years of experience with international shipping.

What are the terms of delivery (e.g., FOB, CIF, etc.)?

FOB and Ex Works are both options.

Are there any customs and export regulations we should be aware of?

As a standard procedure, export regulations, if any, are intimated in advance by the shipping agency to the client. However, with our large experience, we also update clients on any information in our knowledge on the same.

After-Sales Service

Do you offer any post-production services like packaging or warehousing?

Yes, we offer complete post-production services which include customized tags, bar codes, special packaging, gift boxes etc. We do not provide local warehousing. Post-production, the consignment is shipped immediately to the client.

What kind of after-sales support do you offer?

We coordinate with the shipper and logistics agency to ensure that the consignment reaches the client at the earliest.

How do you handle returns or defective products?

We can proudly attest to the fact that in the last 25 years we never had any returns. However, in case of any quality or manufacturing defects due to faulty production, we coordinate with the client to rectify the same at the earliest.
